Updated for 2023: These diapers are now primarily sold on the brand’s website. They have also released a line called Earth & Eden Sensitive.

Finding the best clean, non-toxic, or organic disposable diapers on the market can be down right difficult.

That’s because there are so many factors involved. In addition, it depends on which factor is most important for your family and your precious cargo.

Personally, factors such as cost, availability, diaper fit, and ease of use top my list when looking for high-performance diapers. The one factor I wish also fit within that criteria is also the superiority in earth friendliness. Long story short, finding the perfect natural diapers isn’t always easy.

I have tried and loved several diapers for my littlest one. But I have fell in love with the brand Earth & Eden baby diapers sold exclusively on Amazon.

Earth & Eden is a private label brand made to rival others in the clean and green category such as Honest Company , Babyganics, Earth’s Best, Seventh Generation, and others by providing great value. However, it is made to function like the other premium diapers in the green diaper category. It is not sold in stores but can be set to be delivered straight to your home using Amazon’s Subscribe & Save program to receive 20% off the listed price.

Check out my article with the Newborn Baby Registry List I Wish I Had Made.

Here’s a quick review of the Earth and Eden new diapers couple of reasons why I’ve opted for these diaper after some research:

1. Earth & Eden’s Diapers Cost

With the heart and thoughts of an extreme couponer, (yes, I used to be one like the people you used to see online), I like to run the numbers to find out how much diapers will cost us per diaper. I try to keep in mind our baby, (because babies don’t always stick to the charts like books will make it seem), use on a daily basis to come up with overall costs.

Before my daughter was born, my research showed my that Babyganics was the most cost efficient for the items that was important to me. However, once I found Earth & Eden baby diapers, I made the switch because they were actually more affordable per diaper when I used the Subscribe & Save program for Amazon Prime members.

However, then are essentially an amazon brand since they are only found one Amazon.

2. Free of Harsh Chemicals

When I found out I was having a girl after my hormonal breakdown and recovery, I knew I had to be serious about keeping hers in mind and healthy for as long as I can. She may be sort of embarrassed when she becomes a teenager, but she will be happy when she gets older.

One of the easiest choices I can make is opting for cleaner ingredients for products that are on or next to her skin.

Most people don’t think about what diapers are made of. Like a lot of the conventional feminine pads, many big named diapers have chlorine bleached ingredients, fragrance, lotions, paragons, and other questionable ingredients.

And just for the record, the term fragrance can encompass a huge host of ingredients that aren’t required to be disclosed.

These Earth & Eden baby diapers are free of these ingredients much like the other diapers in this category. This can reduce the possibility of skin irritations. They even have a hypoallergenic inner liner work to help keep baby’s skin safe. This paired with the fact that they were more affordable moved them higher on my list pretty quickly.

3. Earth & Eden’s Diaper Construction

Even though these diapers are slimmer in profile and thickness than Honest diapers, they are super absorbent. My daughter has gone the entire night wearing these with no leaks. They are softer than Babyganics diapers, but not as soft as Pampers Pure.

Both of those diapers are also great but didn’t work out to be as cost efficient as these when I ran the numbers at the time of this posting. For a clean diaper, these offer hours of superior leakage protection.

They also have an ultra-soft liner and breathable outer cover.

4. Earth & Eden’s Diaper Size

When trying out various “green” diaper brands, I noticed how much they varied in cut when they are labeled the same size. It seemed Honest diapers are a bit smaller in cut than some of the others.

As much as I love their ingredients, thickness, and outer covering’s durability, they were definitely smaller within the same size category as all the others. They have stretchable waists and comfortable fit-grip technology.

Babyganics diapers seemed to be cut more generously in general, but they are not as soft as the Earth & Eden diapers. Earth & Eden fit nicely all around the waist and have prevented blow outs when fit within the appropriate sizing. Even when used for overnight use

CONS

There are two main cons I’ve found about this brand:

1. Availability

The biggest con I’ve found when dealing with this brand is it’s availability. Amazon is the only source for Earth & Eden diapers. Although I love the convenience of having all of my baby must haves delivered directly to my house, some people might not like it at all. Not having the option of purchasing it in store could be a deal breaker for some.

2. Thinner Than Other Diapers

As mentioned above, Earth & Eden diapers are slimmer in profile and not as thick as Honest diapers. While this may be reason of concern for some, don’t let it be. We have not experienced any leaks and very few blow outs when wearing the right size.

This made it a great choice for us on on top of the easy shopping experience of them being available on Amazon.

Overall, I highly recommend these diapers. They are cheapest for Amazon Prime members.

The Earth & Eden brand diapers checked off pretty much all of the requirements on my list. Give them a try and let me know what you think.
